What I Do
Trevor MacKenzie is a passionate inquirer. He is an educator at Oak Bay High School in the Greater Victoria School District (Victoria, Canada), a best selling author and world-renowned consultant.
He teaches students.

Book Club

Collaboratively learn with a unified purpose, guided by specific prompts and reflections, and share with your colleagues to truly amplify learning and empower student voice. Virtual Learning

At the heart of Trevor’s work with schools is the Expert in Residence Partnership, a collaborative partnership in which, over time, opportunities for capacity and growth are nurtured. Leveraging staff reflections and expertise in order to shape next steps is a hallmark of this responsive and more intimate offering as Trevor truly gets to know the school, the staff, and the vision. From creating a common language for inquiry, removing barriers to implementation, and working towards resource development, the Expert in Residence Partnership is a 2-4 year offering.
